Inspiration can be drawn from any person, whether old or young, an unknown person, artists, places, or anything else.

Who is the person?

The person who has recently inspired me is a family friend; her name is Varsha. She is a native of Mumbai, India, and I have not seen a more cooler person than her.

For what was he/she inspired?

At the age of 60, it was a delight to watch live her life to the fullest. She radiates so much positivity and love that one wants to be in her presence. She has inspired me to be happier and let things be. She inspired me to learn from life and my mistakes and move ahead, as cribbing is never fruitful.

How did he/she inspired?

She inspired me by telling her own stories and the mistakes that she has made in her life. She gave some important life lessons with such ease and simplicity that it was interesting.

How did you feel about it?

I felt amazing after meeting her; she made an effort to get to know all my family members personally and created a rapport with all of us. I learned some important things from her and will always cherish those learnings.

Conclusion

Introduction

In my opinion, inspiration can come from people, objects, and whatnot; it is in the moment, and what might click is the thing. Likewise, today, I will discuss a dear one who has inspired me a lot.

Who is the person?

The person I am talking about is my brother Siddharth. He is of my age and has done law from NLU. He is a brilliant student and an even better photographer.

For what was he/she inspired?

He has inspired me to hustle and never settle for less than what I deserve. Looking at him, I understood that working for what you want is important. He is one person who has consistently and very adamantly worked towards fulfilling his dreams.

How did he/she inspired?

I got inspiration from him by looking at his work ethic and how much he enjoyed life. He started working as a professional photographer when he was at 11th standard, bought fancy, expensive equipment with his earnings, went abroad to the mountains, learned to ski in Kashmir for a whole month, and whatnot. He always shares his stories and experiences, motivating me and giving me direction to explore and make efforts in my desired direction in life.

How did you feel about it?

I feel blessed to have him as my brother and to have such a hard-working and lively person in my life. He is the perfect combination of good brains and smart work. Whenever I meet him, I feel happy and always get a zeal for new ideas and motivation.

Conclusion

Describe a person who inspired you to do something interesting cue card- sample answer 3

Introduction

When inspiration is taken, it doesn't need to lead to something extraordinary. It can be for something fundamental and interesting that might change your outlook on things. Likewise, I will be discussing one such person who significantly impacted my life.

Who is the person?

This person is my colleague in the office where I used to work earlier. Her name is Hitanshi.

For what was he/she inspired?

I have never seen a person more calm and patient than her. She used to handle everything with such ease, without creating any nuisance, and in a non-chaotic manner.  This inspired me to keep a calm head in a matter of panic and handle everything with ease without providing me with fruitful solutions as well.

How did he/she inspired?

She inspired me by doing what she does and also by sharing bits and pieces about how she used to observe and view a certain situation. Most of the things I got inspired by were looking at her and thinking about what she would do in this particular situation.

How did you feel about it?

After learning this from her, I felt a sense of calm and ease in myself regarding certain situations and circumstances. This gave me a different outlook towards certain situations and problems and develop a better perspective towards resolving them.

Conclusion

I will conclude by saying that Hitanshi’s presence and my observation of her behaviour made me calmer, and the interesting thing was that I had a different outlook on the problem from then on.

IELTS Speaking Part 3- Follow-up questions

Question- What qualities or characteristics of this person do you find most inspiring?

Answer- An admirable quality about these individuals is their generosity and readiness for sharing their wisdom and expertise with others. Whether providing guidance, coaching, or simply listening, they are always searching for ways to support, encourage, and assist others in need. It speaks volumes about their moral fibre, dedication to making a big difference in the lives of those around them, and capacity for humility and altruism in assisting others in achieving success.

Question- How do you think this person's influence has shaped your personal values or goals?

Answer- This individual greatly impacted my values and objectives since they fueled my quest for personal development and self-discovery. Their steadfast faith in the strength of tenacity and resolve has motivated me to set high standards for myself and pursue them with unwavering zeal despite obstacles.

Question- Have you had the opportunity to share your experiences or accomplishments with this person, and if so, how did they react?

Answer- It was an honour to tell this person about my experiences and accomplishments; her response has been really moving. When I told them about my accomplishment, they reacted with sincere excitement and happiness, rejoicing as if it were their own. Their response demonstrated their sincere interest in my personal development and the constant support that has boosted my self-assurance and motivated me to keep aiming for greatness.

Question- What qualities make someone a role model?

Answer- A person has to be committed to their profession and take positive actions in order to become a role model since individuals choose their role models based on traits like these.

Question- What should teenagers have?

Answer- The youngster should have an adult mentor since, at this age, they may join undesirable organisations or begin using drugs or alcohol. Additionally, their minds wander from their studies, prioritising other activities like going to parties, using a phone, playing video games, and so on.
